Our Drone Survey service provides a safe, efficient, and highly effective way to inspect areas of a property that are difficult or unsafe to access using traditional methods. Utilising advanced drone technology to capture detailed, high-resolution imagery without the need for scaffolding or ladders, followed by an independent report on our findings.

  • A comprehensive aerial inspection, identifying defects such as damaged roof coverings, defective flashings, blocked or failing gutters, and chimney deterioration, minimising risk while delivering a thorough and accurate assessment of otherwise inaccessible areas.

  • Findings presented in a clear and concise report supported by annotated images, highlighting any defects along with practical recommendations for repair and maintenance.

  • Beneficial for homeowners, buyers, and property managers seeking a cost-effective and non-intrusive solution to assess high-level elements of a building.
